LASU Post-UTME & Direct Entry Form for 2025/2026 Admission
The Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, has announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. Candidates who selected LASU as their first choice in the 2025 UTME and met the minimum requirements are invited to apply.
Eligibility & Cut-Off Mark
- Cut-off mark: 195 and above in UTME.
- Choice of Institution: LASU must be your first choice.
- Age: You must be at least 16 years old by 30th September 2025.
- O’Level Requirement: Five (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Awaiting Results: Candidates awaiting November/December 2025 O’Level results are not eligible.
Application Process
- Visit LASU’s admission portal to begin your registration.
- Generate your payment invoice and pay the ₦2,000 screening fee via the approved payment channels.
- Fill in your bio-data, O’Level subjects/grades, and UTME details correctly.
- Upload required documents in the specified format (birth certificate, O’Level result, JAMB slip, etc.).
- Submit your form and print the acknowledgement slip.
Direct Entry (DE) Applicants
- Apply through the same portal.
- Ensure your results (such as OND, NCE, JUPEB, or equivalent) have been properly verified before completing the application.

- Application opens: Monday, 4th August 2025.
- Deadline for submission: Sunday, 7th September 2025.
