We are pleased to announce that the Federal Polytechnic Oko has officially released its post-UTME form for the 2025/2026 academic session. The Federal Poly Oko post-UTME form is a screening form designed to enable UTME candidates who chose the Federal Polytechnic Oko as their first-choice institution and met the minimum cut-off mark of 100 to apply for admission into their desired courses.

Following the release of the FEDPOLY OKO screening form, the forms are readily available on the application portal for interested candidates to fill in. To access the Federal Polytechnic Oko Post UTME form and submit an application you have to visit the polytechnic website and navigate to the tab where the form can be accessed. It is pertinent to note that only candidates who have satisfied the Federal Polytechnic Oko admission requirements will be allowed to make a successful application.

Federal Polytechnic Oko Post UTME Requirements

The requirements for FEDPOLY National Diploma (ND) admission are as follows:

O’Level Requirements

• Applicants must have at least five (5) credit passes in O’Level examinations (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB), including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in no more than two sittings.

Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)

•  Candidates should have scored 100 or above in the UTME to be eligible for admission.

Application Process

•  Prospective students should visit the Polytechnic’s website to complete the online application form and follow the specified procedures.

Additional Requirement

•  Candidates must upload their O’Level results to the JAMB portal to be considered eligible for admission.

How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic Oko Post-UTME Form

To apply for the Federal Polytechnic Oko Post-UTME screening for the 2025/2026 academic session, follow these steps:

• Go to the Federal Polytechnic Oko’s official website at federalpolyoko.edu.ng.
• Navigate to the “Admission” section in the main menu.
• Click on “Online Application Forms” from the dropdown menu.
• Choose “National Diploma – Regular” as your application type.
• Enter your JAMB Registration Number in the designated field and click “Sign In.”
• On the “Generate Payment Invoice” page, accurately fill in your details.
• Click the “Submit” button to generate an invoice. Note that generating the invoice is free of charge.
• The application fee is Two Thousand Naira (₦2,000) only. Use the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number provided on the invoice to make the payment at any bank or via online banking platforms.
• After payment, return to the Polytechnic’s website and navigate back to the application portal.
• Complete the online application form with accurate information.
• Review all entries carefully before submitting the form.
• Upon successful submission, print the Acknowledgement Slip for your records.
• Submit photocopies of your credentials to the Admissions Office at Federal Polytechnic, Oko, for verification.
