Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for ACU’s Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening:
- You must have selected ACU as your first-choice institution in UTME. If you selected another school but want ACU now, change your choice on the JAMB portal before the final master admission list is released.
- Meet ACU’s required UTME score for your programme (note: competitive programmes may have higher benchmarks).
- Possess at least five (5) credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects (including English Language and Mathematics), in not more than two sittings.
- Direct Entry candidates must have relevant qualifications (OND, NCE, HND, or similar) with at least a Lower Credit or its equivalent.
Registration Process
Here’s how to apply:
- Fill out the Post-UTME/Direct Entry application form online during the official registration window.
- Complete payment of the prescribed screening/application fee.
- Submit all required documents, including your O’Level results, UTME slip, and Direct Entry credentials if applicable.
- After your application and payment are confirmed, you’ll receive admission notification if you qualify.
Important Notes & Tips
- Make sure your O’Level results are uploaded on JAMB CAPS before or during registration to avoid delays or disqualification.
- Double-check that you entered the correct personal details: name, JAMB registration number, course of choice, etc. Errors can lead to applications being rejected.
- Apply early—don’t wait till the deadline. Last-minute registrations sometimes face technical delays.
- For highly competitive courses, aim for UTME scores above the minimum — this improves chances of securing admission.
