What Is FUASK?
The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia (FUASK) is a new federal university in Nigeria offering courses in Medicine, Allied Health Sciences, Computing, Pharmacy, Environmental Sciences, Architecture, and other science-based disciplines.
Cut-Off Marks
- Institutional cut-off mark: 180 in the 2025 UTME.
- Departmental cut-off marks:
- Medicine & Surgery – 240
- Nursing Science – 210
- Doctor of Pharmacy – 220
- Medical Laboratory Science – 200
- Radiography, Anatomy, Physiology, Health Information Management – 180
- Computer Science – 200
- Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Technology – 190
- Architecture – 200
- Other sciences and environmental programmes – 180 to 190
You must meet both the institutional and departmental cut-off marks to qualify for screening.
Eligibility Requirements
- UTME Score: Minimum of 180 in the 2025 UTME.
- O’Level: Five relevant credit passes including English Language and Mathematics, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- Choice of Institution: FUASK must be selected as your first choice of institution. If not, you must process a JAMB change of institution before registering.
How to Register
- Create an account on FUASK’s applicant portal.
- Pay the ₦2,000 screening/application fee online or via bank using RRR.
- Log in to your account, fill in all required details, and complete the application form.
- Upload your credentials (O’Level result, UTME result slip, birth certificate, and passport photograph).
- Print the completed form and payment receipt for presentation during screening.

- First Screening Round: 28 – 29 July 2025
- Second Screening Round: 11 – 12 August 2025
